In India

I go to the motherland of yoga twice a year to work on the yoga collection. I find the atmosphere to be so completely and totally inspirational. India is an important part of my life.

It's the 4t day of my cleanse and I am pleased to say that it has been a truly great experience. I had so much fear about doing a cleanse. I thought that I would be starving and that it would be an excruciating experience but it is fascinating how the body adjusts to it's own needs.

Sunshine and clothelines are divine! Wash all clothes from http://www.yesworldboutique.com/ and http://www.yesyogaboutique.com/ in a cold water wash. The kindest way to dry them is hanging on a line blowing gently in the wind. This will help to preserve the shape and colours and will make your clothes smell oh, so, nice!

Yes Yoga Clothing and Kundalini Yoga!

Today, I took my first Kundalini yoga class with a very skilled teacher who is leading a 5 day cleanse for 11 participants. She is very supportive and informative. I feel blessed to have such a great teacher to both introduce me to Kundalini and also guide me through this dietary cleanse process.
